The 1st pan is real 18/10 stainless steel, it is 20 inches across, it can be used on any type of stove including gas and induction. Please review the photographs. The second pan is a quality no stick product. It too can be used in any cooking surface including gas and induction. Both have had very light use, please study the pictures to determine the quality and condition of each piece.
