allisonszautner @mariazibnit one small area (elastin being stretched out) in the crotch area, shown in the photo. once it's worn it lays flat! No stains, they are in incredible shape!

mariazibnit @allisonszautner I think that’s a fabric defect. I brought a few of those back to the store and they accepted them ( my husband’s pants at Harry Rosen). I would say consider bringing it back as defected

allisonszautner @mariazibnit I worked at Rosen! it's not a defect (I was the denim specialist) it's from wear. natural occurrence when in stretch denim. they would have returned simply because their customer service is fab! I offer most offers and price to reflect damage or wear
