Paint Spatter Dress

This unique and tasteful dress gives a pop of colour with the allusion of paint spatter. It's a size M, but on a smaller side I'd say. The seam that joins the top and skirt is the smallest portion of the dress at nearly 14" (which sits just a touch above my hips), while it is at 17" across (armpit). Total length (collar to bottom) = 29". The dress is lined.
