Pair International Sterling Silver Hurricane Candle Holder Insert Vtg Weighted

Stunning pair of hurricane candle holders stamped International Sterling and numbered. Please note that I haven’t tested the silver. It is also stamped “weighted reinforced”. The tops unscrew and are stamped Sterling as well. The glass part is not included. It is in good condition with wear consistent with its age and normal use like scratched and a few dings.
