This is a pair of porcelain tea cups and saucers made by Ridgway in their Queen Anne line in Staffordshire, England during the 1960s. One is decorated with blue and white flowers while the other is decorated with pink flowers and green leaves. Both have gold trim on the rims and handles and there are no chips, cracks or crazing. The pattern numbers on the underside are A 17 7 and C 96 0.
They stand 3" tall and are 3 1/2" wide at the mouth. The saucers are 5 1/2" across.
