Pair of Wooden Carved busts From Singapore

A pair of wooden busts of a man and woman which I was told come from the island nation of Singapore. The woman has an elaborate headdress and is probably of a Malay (though its also similar to some Indonesian headdresses). The male figure has an interesting head wrap which is also similar to Malay and Indonesian wear. The female figure is 5 5/8" tall and its base is 3 3/8" wide by 1 3/8" deep.
