kcnovascotia I will look tonight and let you know what the waist size is. It is a caftan style so there is really no accurate way to measure the bust. I would women’s size 8 to 12 would be the best sizes to wear this one size fits all dress.

kcnovascotia Elastic is a few inches below bust not at the waist. At rest the elastic is 25 inches around and stretched it is 40 inches. The top is v front and v back so it can fit a wide range of sizes on the top.
