Pajar, leather, suede and shearling boots, size 11, but fit small. True size 9.5

Brand new, beautiful royal blue, waterproof leather and suede boot. Shearling lining with fur cuff. Deep tread, Fashionable and functioanl! I love these boots, but Pajar fits small, I am a 10, bought an 11, but still to tight. These boots wold fit a petite size 10, but I am more confident in saying a size 9.5.
