Brand new, never worn palazzo pants with elephant design I purchased the pants from a school concert performance student group from Africa. I’m pretty sure they are cotton; very nice material and well made. Waist can stretch to 19”. Elastic at waist and end of each leg. Leg opening at bottom: 5” (un-stretched) Inseam: 27 1/2” Comes from a smoke free home
