These pallazo pants have a split style pant over the sheer pants giving a skirt like look and movement when you walk! Waist 16 with back zipper / hips 21 / length 40 in ( waist to crotch 13 in ) polyester so they don't wrinkle / tag says 14 but please use measurements as they fit a size 8 / 10
