Short sleeves with slight ruffle. Skirt is very flowy and cream-coloured underskirt is stretchy, satiny fabric. Comfy but gorgeous, amazing for spring or fall. 18” across waist when drawstring is not drawn. 18.5” pit to pit, 36” from shoulder to hem in length. Made in Korea.
