Vintage-look pale yellow pencil skirt with short frill at hem. Short slit at back, zipper closure, fully lined, no pockets. I purchased this secondhand without trying it on and while it zipped up I couldn't sit down! Size 12, no stretch. Waist: 16.5" Hips: 20.5" Length: 23.5"
