Pale yellow, low cut, cocktail dress

This is a gorgeous dress that I have hung on to hoping it would fit me again some day but it’s time to move on. Needs some minor mending at the chest area on the lining only and could use a hook-and-eye closure by the zipper: detailed photos of both those issues.
