Pandora Enamel bead/charm

This is an enamel charm/bead from Pandora. It is white enamel with black dots around it. I purchased this charm quite awhile ago. In all honesty, I can’t remember if the black dots are crystals or black enamel. My eyes suck. LOL. Best I can make out they are little crystal dots.
