It's not a cancer survivor charm, as it says a portion of sales goes to CBCF in the first photo. That would be cystic fibrosis. the only cancer charm sold by Pandora is pink breast cancer.

I think I'm confused by the black ribbon. Why would they do a black ribbon for CBCF (Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation)? Wonder if it was a mistake in design?
