Adorable belt buckle. This has only been worn a couple times. All rhinestones are present Finish is super. No major scratches or wear. Any markings are very light as minor wear would give. This style of buckle is used with a belt that accomodates interchangeable belt buckles (not included) Made of metal Measurements are approximately: 3-3/4" wide x 2-1/4 at largest/longest parts
