Papa Vancouver tunic

In new condition pretty sweater by Papa Vancouver. Sweater is soft and has a velour like texture to it. It is pretty shiny and would be a nice dressy top. Has a cute built in cowl neck detail. Colours are rusty orange, gold and blue. Based on the pit to pit measurement of 21" I would say this sweater is a Large. Size tag was removed.
