Cute summer smocked dress by Papa Vancouver. The upper part of the dress is all smocked including the shoulder area. Size tag says XL but fits more like a medium. Like new -worn once. Pit to pit: 17.5” un stretched Shoulder width: 15” un stretched Total length: 34”
