Papaya black dressy blazer

Reposhing this item I purchased from @astuterror. Love it, but it doesn’t fit me. Black pleated cropped blazer by Papaya. There's a sheen shine to the fabric. Tag says size 14, but fits like a 12. *imperfection in the fabric (see close-up photo) Armpit to armpit is 19.5" across. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 15" across. Shoulder to hem is 23" long. 100% polyester
