Paper Doll Production plaid/tartan top

Red plaid/tartan top from Paper Doll Production. Features ruffled ribbon details at the sleeves, and three black embroidered skulls in white diamond shape on the chest. Never worn, washed once. There was no label indicating the country of manufacturing, or the fabric composition. Looks and feel like spandex. Measurements lying flat are: 17½"(35") bust, 16"(32") waist and 17½"(35")hips.
