Paper Wings sz 5 Little Skye Boutique exclusive Christmas top

Work once maybe twice a week over the holidays. This is a hard to find vintage-looking top. I have co-ordinating pieces listed from the same line. The picture doesn’t even do the ruffles justice and it looks amazing if in photographs!!
