Papillon Blanc Royal Blue Mini Slip Skirt

Papillon-Blanc midnight blue lace trimmed mini slip skirt featuring an elastic waist and sheer, shiny material. Size M on the tag measuring approximately 22" unstretched at the waist and 15" total length. In great pre-worn/vintage condition, only flaw of note is a section of weird stitching on the inside of the waistband (as seen in the last photo)
