Papillon Floral Felted Sleeveless Tunic

Papillon. Floral felted squiggles. Black and white with colourful accents. Pocket. Decorative buckles. Some sections are stretchy; some have no stretch. Appears to be a tank top with skirt, but skirt is open below buckles with little overlap leading to a hidden slit. Asymmetrical. Good used condition: wash wear and some pilling.
