Gorgeous beige dress with Black roses all over. the ruffled neckline and pockets on the front gives a whimsical and flirty vibe. It reminded me of tattoos kind of. Purchased from a little mom and pop shop that is no longer sadly. I bought this with my big girl money and after 10+ years have worn it less then 5 times. sz. small but is an oversized fit.
