Papillon Teal dress with flared skirt

This gorgeous dress is a deep, rich teal color with a cowl neck and silver decorative buttons on one side. The skirt is somewhat gored and flared with gathers in 6 sections, which gives the hem a fluttery look. It does have some stretch. in GUC. See pictures for measurements.
