Little loops at the waist to use with a belt. Flowy, chiffon like material on exterior. Lined Call outs: Note the small stain in photos. It is difficult to find, I did wash the item but it didn’t come out in the wash. There is also a super faint discolouration that I noticed nearby but it is almost completely undetectable, best shown in last photo when pleats are stretched out.
