I ordered these based on their size chart, but they are too small. I wear a North American 10 or 10.5, and my feet are on the wide side. Breaks my heart because they are so beautiful! There is a wire in the top of the shoe that allows you to wear them cuffed or straight up, shown in the second picture. New, never worn. Pet friendly household. Shipped in the original box.
