Brand new with tags - black floral skirt from Parallel, size XL. 100% polyester. Stretchy elastic waist. Note: in the photo where the skirt is shown on the mannequin, it’s clipped at the back to fit (as the mannequin is a size small or extra small). Unstretched, the waist of the skirt is approximately 19.5 inches across.
