thatsweetpotato @myrmb029481 Hi! sorry for my late response. I was out all day. the waist measures 12.5" across and the hips are 16" across :) Hope that helps.

embean81 hi, are these actually size 4 or is there another numerical size (ie. 27)?

thatsweetpotato @embean81 Hi! I believe the numerical number is online with the waist measurement which is 25 inches all around. My waist is 26" and it fits my waist fine but because it's a stiff denim, it's also important to note that the hip measurement is 16 inches across. I hope this helps :)
