Paris Star vintage 90s yellow polka dot midi skirt. Made in Canada. Light weight rayon with lining. Sunshine yellow with pink and green polka dots. Elastic waist. Good condition. No rips, stains or snags. Size is 12. Mannequin measures a 30” waist and 39” hip. It can fit up to a 32” waist but I wouldn’t go below 30” unless you want to wear it lower on the hip. Measurements on the flat are as follows: Length: 30” Across the waist: 15” Across the hip: 19”
