Parisian Midnight Black Stained-Glass Bolero

I had purchased piece from an Etsy vendor called French Sugar Couture back in September 2010. She called it the Parisian Bolero. This piece is made of fabric, tulle, lace, metal. There are three layers surrounding the outer-edge of the bolero. First is the matching fabric, second is ruffled black tulle and third is a lovely black ruffled lace. The garment is made to have a vintage appeal to it. The extended sleeve has a scalloped edge from the black lace. Garment Care: Hand Wash - Line Dry.
