Parisian Top/Dress

A classy navy blue piece. Can be worn as a top with leggings, or if your short like me, as a dress. One size fits all with a belt. The neck area is lined with sparkly beads, you won’t need any necklace. Also perfect as maternity top (I wore this when I was pregnant). Bought this at Axara.
