Parsley and Sage Ruched Collar Lightweight…

Good pre-owned condition! One minor issue with the ruched collar; one side appears to be less ruched than the other (see pictures). 3/4 sleeves, a button-up front to a wide collar with a ruched hem. This is a very lightweight coat/sweater perfect for laying when you need a little extra warmth. *measurements to follow shortly*
