Partially lined, machine-washable, bright summery Jones + Co. dress, size 4

This mostly cotton orange and red kaleidoscope-style printed Jones + Co. dress is perfect to wear to work in the summer and then off to drinks or dinner. Even though the top half is lined, it's machine washable! Body is mostly cotton and body is polyester. Size 4. I bought it for my niece but she's not into wearing bright colours. She favours black and white.
