Party Time Formal Dress Size 4 GUC

This formal dress gives the illusion of being two piece (skirt and corset) but is actually all one piece. There is a crinoline layer under the skirt. The dress is fully lined so the crinoline does not touch your skin. The waistline is adjustable and there is a built in bra. Black inserts have been sewn in to fill the bustling but these can be removed. No signs of wear, no tears or marks. GUC. Colour is a deep pink/red, material is taffeta.
