Deep dark purple Pashmina with subtle floral paisley pattern. Soft and lightweight, lovely as evening shawl or special occasions like weddings, parties and celebrations. Hand knotted long fringe ends. Size: 72" x 27" Tag: "Pashmina - 70% Pashmina - 30% Silk" Pashmina is fine spun cashmere, from the undercoat of the Chanthangi goat. The goats shed their coats each spring, then the raw Pashmina wool is combed, spun into thread and weaved into fabrics. There may be differences in the thickness of fibers, as to be expected from spun wool. Vintage condition: NO rips or tears. NO stains. *Items come from my home, which is smoke free.
