@tiffie_96 I'd say true to size. I'm about 5' 4", 125lbs and it fits nicely. I usually wear a small, and this was right in the ballpark.

@tiffie_96 photos added! You can see I've got bigger hips (sz M!) so the jacket sits a bit snug there. and my hair was in a bun for the photo with the hood up! Let me know if you have further questions.
