Hi! :) Since I’ve worn this jacket for almost two winter seasons in Toronto, this jacket is a little less puffy than before. I’ve tried my best to maintained the puffiness by washing it with dryer balls and low heat settings. It is from a pet-free and smoke-free home. There are no snags, no stains, no scuffs, and no tears.
