Patchwork Quilt with floral baskets Design

This beautiful patchwork quilt features a vibrant multicolor design, perfect for adding a touch of charm to your home. This is a gorgeous vintage handmade quilt, made by a lady originally in Alberta but aside from I don’t have too much more info on it as I’m now the third owner and didn’t buy it direct from family estate. — it’s quite large for its design. The floral baskets. Very soft, beautiful cotton. I have soaked it, stripped it, sun dried it, then soaked it, stripped it and machine tumbled it to fluff it back up. I won’t lie I had higher hopes that more of the staining would have come out, but I can’t put anymore work into it at this time, so it’s sold as is. Great farmhouse style this one. Also would make amazing clothing. The natural ruffling of the backing is my favourite feel for an old quilt and this one definitely has that effect. 96” x 82” which is the largest quilt I have being this old. You don’t find many bigger than this.
