Patrons of Peace Blue and Orange Patterned A-Line Skirt

Chic A-line skirt with intricate blue and orange patterns. Flowy and stylish design. I love this style. I don't know if it's a dress or a highrise skirt. The top is smocked but I'm pretty sure it's a highrise skirt that has buttons up the front. The end is shown in the pictures so you know where it buttons to. It has metal buttons. And again the top is a smocked material. It's like new and it's soo cute but it's too small for me so your in luck!!
