Paul Andrew is a high end designer who makes a similar style under his own name that sells for around $800 at the Bay. This pair, in collaboration with J Crew to make the shoes (slightly more) affordable sold around the $450 Canadian mark. They. Are. STUNNING. The colour is a vivid cerulean blue, the material a soft suede, and the winged tips make these not just your average pair of heels. They are fabulous. I have never worn them outside the house.
