These are the Designer Paul Green Cayanne shoes that so many women love and own with great reason! Google His shoes if you are not familiar. They are handcrafted in Austria and the leather comes from Italy. They are very comfortable and go with so many outfits. Jeans, skirts, pants, dresses, maxi dresses, and they look great with it all! They do fit a little big so I usually wear a 7.5 but I am a 7 in these. Ask me for more specifics if you are familiar with the brand and how they fit. The heel height is easy to wear because of the support of the shoe around the foot and ankle.
