Paul & Joe Sister polka dot cotton/silk blouse with ribbon tie

This new, never-worn blouse is 68%cotton / 32% silk. It has a polka dot print, is sheer and has a long black ribbon tie at the front (can be tied or left loose) It is 26 inches long, and the color is off-white/black Fits loose Size 2, fits like women's MED Tag at the back came loose after I took the photos but otherwise excellent condition
