Peacock Heels

TUK brand peacock heels 2013 style blue/purple/black colored with peacock feather printing on the toes I've heard these run slightly small so provided measurements size US 9 (length is 10.5 inches) width at widest part of foot: 3.5 in EUC, no holes, stains. Some scuff on the heels as shown but not on the soles or shoe vinyl material heel length is 2 inches
