Peanuts Snoopy Charlie Brown TV Snow Globe 2012 Hallmark  Low Water Damaged Ear.  The 'snow globe' in the TV has only about 1/3 of the water left inside (Photos #4,19).  Snoopy's left ear has a crack where it meets his head but is still firmly attached (Photos #14-17).  There seems to be wire inside the resin that connects it to the head.  Item stands approximately 5 1/2 inches tall.  Please see all photos for detail.
