Pear Cut Lab Created Emerald and White Sapphire Ring Size 10

I lost 80 lbs and now wear a size 7 or smaller I cannot justify the cost to resize it. Brand is Himilayan Gems https://www.tsc.ca/pages/products/brand/himalayan-gems New, never worn. No box included. Size 10 Rhodium Plated Sterling silver, will NOT tarnish. Lab Created Emerald and White Sapphires Main stones are pear cut I bought this from TSC, they don't keep records of purchases past 12 months so I don't have exact specs.
