In excellent condition. - I believe the pearls are real, due to their imperfect shape and variations; however, I cannot confirm with absolute certainty whether or not they are real - There is a "925" stamp on both the necklace chain and on the earring hooks - Earrings measure approximately 1 inch (2.54cm) long (including hook) and 0.25 inches (0.635cm) wide - Necklace pendant measures approximately 0.75 inches (1.91cm) long (including chain loop) and 0.3 inches (0.8cm) wide - Necklace has a roughly 16 inch (40.64cm) chain with ring clasp closure - Do not wear while swimming or showering - Comes from a smoke-free home - Please ask all your questions prior to purchasing
