Pebble and Stone Black Tie-Front Blouse

Tie-front v-neck blouse with short, flowy sleeves. Size is small and it’s more loose rather than tight fitting. More of a shorter length but not cropped. It can be undone and re-retied if needed. Just not my style, I bought it for a job interview.
