Pedro Garcia Patent leather kitten heel pumps

great quality heels, made in Spain. perfect to wear around the office. size 6, fit true to size. there are some black dots, see pictures. not sure what that is, were purchased like this. black dots are not noticeable, unless you look super close. otherwise good used condition.
