Pelican Cobra TT Wheel PL-624 Racing Steering Wheel with Pedals Playstation 2

A plastic piece that prevented over steering the wheel is broken and loose inside. There is a hole in the plastic where this piece was. You can see the hole in the picture. The steering wheel still functions properly even though this piece is broken. I left the piece in the steering wheel base in case it can be glued back to place. Some wear and scratches on the steering wheel and pedals. There is a crack in the plastic. The steering wheel grip has some wear. See pics.
